Invalid MAC Address
The MAC the app sends does not match the one the list was uploaded against.
What it means
The MAC address identifies your device. Wi-Fi and cable have different MACs.
What to do
- 01Read the MAC address the app shows right now.
- 02Upload the list against exactly that address.
- 03Do not switch between Wi-Fi and cable afterwards – the address changes again.
- 04Turn off "randomised MAC" in the device network settings if present.
