The box cannot reach the portal. Check the network, DNS and portal address.
What it means
The portal page could not be loaded by the box's browser engine.
What to do
- 01Check that the box has internet (Settings → Network).
- 02Set DNS to 8.8.8.8.
- 03Enter the portal address again, with the trailing slash.
- 04Update the box firmware.
