Playback error
The picture will not start. Try another channel first – that tells us if it is the channel or everything.
What it means
The player could not open the stream.
What to do
- 01Try three other channels. If they work, that single channel is down.
- 02Switch decoder in the app: hardware → software (TiviMate: Settings → Playback → Decoder).
- 03Clear the app's cache and restart.
- 04Move from Wi-Fi to a cable if you can.
- 05If no channel works at all: check the account status.
