The app finds no list linked to this device. Usually the list is uploaded against the wrong MAC address.
What it means
The app asks for its list using the MAC address or Device Key and gets an empty answer.
What to do
- 01Compare the MAC address on the TV screen with the one you uploaded the list against – one character is enough.
- 02If you switched between Wi-Fi and cable, the TV has a new MAC address. Upload the list against the one you use now.
- 03Upload the list again on the app's website and press Send/Save.
- 04Close the app completely on the TV and open it again – not just back to the menu.
