This is what we need from you
Send the MAC address and Device Key shown on the app's start screen.
M3U / M3U8
A single link that contains the whole channel list. You paste it into the app, or upload it on the app's website.
- 01Copy the full link exactly as you received it – no spaces, no line breaks.
- 02Open the app or the app's upload page and paste the link.
- 03Name the list, save, and restart the app so the channels load.
- 04Add the EPG link separately if the app has its own field for it.
MAC + Device Key
The app shows a MAC address and a Device Key. The playlist is uploaded on the app's website using those two values.
- 01Start the app on the TV and note the MAC address and Device Key shown.
- 02Open the app's website on a computer or phone and sign in with those two values.
- 03Upload the M3U link and save.
- 04Close the app completely on the TV and open it again.
Common errors
Invalid MAC Address
The MAC the app sends does not match the one the list was uploaded against.
Invalid Device Key
The Device Key is wrong or has changed. Read it again in the app.
Unable to Stream
IBO Player's wording. It usually means the list is uploaded but the stream is not allowed to start.
Playlist not found
The app finds no list linked to this device. Usually the list is uploaded against the wrong MAC address.
