No. SmartIPTV.net is only a help centre. All purchases and renewals happen at nordicshop.one.

Which app is best?+

TiviMate on Android TV and Fire TV, Smart IPTV on Samsung and LG, Smarters on mobile. The best app is the one that runs on your device.

Why does the app cost extra?+

Some players, like Smart IPTV and TiviMate premium, charge their own fee to their developer. It is unrelated to your subscription.

How many screens can I use?+

The number of simultaneous connections is stated in your order. More screens require a larger package.

Do I need a VPN?+

Usually not. Test without one first and use a VPN only if your ISP turns out to block the traffic.

Why is the EPG empty?+

Almost always the wrong time zone or an EPG source that has not refreshed. See the EPG section in troubleshooting.
