Stuck on "Loading portal": DNS or an unregistered MAC, in that order.
What it means
The box is waiting for an answer from the portal server.
What to do
- 01Set DNS manually to 8.8.8.8.
- 02Check that the MAC is registered.
- 03Reboot the box and the router.
