The channel list shows but nothing starts. Test several channels and switch decoder.
What it means
The app has the list but cannot show a picture.
What to do
- 01Try three channels in different groups.
- 02Switch decoder in the app.
- 03Check that the account is active.
- 04Power-cycle the TV for 30 seconds.
