The app cannot reach the link. Test the same link in a browser or in VLC.
What it means
Downloading the M3U file failed.
What to do
- 01Paste the link into a browser – if a file downloads, the link is fine.
- 02Turn off VPN and any router-level ad blocking.
- 03Change DNS to 8.8.8.8 on the device.
- 04Try your phone's hotspot to rule out your internet provider.
