Unauthorized / 401
The server answers but refuses you. The account has either expired or is in use on too many devices.
What it means
401 is the server's way of saying the session is not approved.
What to do
- 01Close the app on every other TV and box and try again.
- 02Check the account end date.
- 03If you need several screens at once: increase the number of connections.
