IPTV Smarters Pro
Short answer
IPTV Smarters Pro is the most widespread player because it exists for almost everything: Android, iOS, Fire TV, Windows and macOS. It handles both username login and a plain playlist link.

The base app is free. Some App Store versions charge a small fee for extra features.

Install the app
Get IPTV Smarters Pro from your device's app store. On Fire TV use Downloader or the Amazon store.

Choose login type
Pick “Login with Xtream Codes API” if you received a username and password, otherwise “Load your playlist”.

Enter the details
Name the profile and enter the details from your provider. They supply the server address — never share it.

Load the channels
The app fetches live, movies and series. The first load can take a minute on weaker boxes.

Set the player
Switch to another player engine in settings if the picture stutters or the audio disappears.
Common errors in this app
“Invalid credentials”
Wrong username, wrong password or an expired account. Check upper and lower case, and renew if needed.
Channels load but do not play
Switch player engine between the built-in and external options in Player Settings.
Only a few channels appear
Categories are hidden. Open Manage Categories and enable the ones you are missing.
