Smart IPTV on Samsung and LG

Short answer

Smart IPTV is the simplest player for Samsung and LG televisions. You load the list through the app's website instead of typing on the remote, which saves a lot of time.

The app's own fee

The app charges a one-off fee per device after a seven-day trial. That fee goes to the app developer, not to your provider.

    Install the app

    Search for Smart IPTV in the TV app store (Samsung Apps or LG Content Store) and install it. Open the app and note the MAC address on the start screen – it looks like 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX.

    Open MyList on a computer or phone

    Go to the app's official page siptv.app/mylist and enter exactly the same MAC address. No long addresses typed with the remote.

    Add your list

    Paste the link we sent you into the URL field, name the list and press Send. Never post that link publicly – it is personal.

    Restart the app

    Close the app completely on the TV and open it again. The channel list now loads automatically at start-up.

    Activate the device

    The app is free for seven days per device. After the trial, pay the one-off fee for that MAC address on the same page, or the app stops loading the list.

    Change or update the list later

    Got a new link? Add it to the same MAC address and choose Update. The channels reload without touching the TV.

    Tidy up the channels

    In the app settings you can hide groups you never use and pin favourites at the top, which makes the list quicker to browse.

Common errors in this app

“Playlist not found”

The link is mistyped or expired. Copy it again, paste it without spaces on the MyList page and save.

The app shows an old channel list

The TV caches the list. Use Clear cache in the app settings, or press Update on the MyList page and restart the app.

The MAC address changes

Switching between Wi‑Fi and cable changes the TV's MAC address. Stay on the connection you activated.

“MAC not registered”

The MAC address is not registered. Check that it matches the TV screen exactly, colons included.

The trial period ended

The seven days are used up. The one-off fee goes to the app developer on the app's own site and covers that single MAC address.

Playback stutters after a while

Try a network cable instead of Wi-Fi and fully restart the TV. If it continues, see the troubleshooting section.
