Chromecast

Short answer

Chromecast with Google TV runs real apps. Older Chromecasts can only receive a cast from your phone.

Good to know

If you have an older Chromecast, a Fire TV Stick or Android box is a better buy.
Casting always adds more delay than an app on the TV.

Buffering

The picture keeps reloading. A cable instead of Wi-Fi solves most cases.

Playback error

The picture will not start. Try another channel first – that tells us if it is the channel or everything.
