VLC is the best troubleshooting tool: if the list works there, the problem is in the TV app.
Turn off the VPN if channels will not start.

Unable to load playlist

The app cannot reach the link. Test the same link in a browser or in VLC.

Playback error

The picture will not start. Try another channel first – that tells us if it is the channel or everything.
