The server will not let you through – usually too many simultaneous connections.
What it means
Your session was refused by the server despite valid details.
What to do
- 01Close the app on other devices.
- 02Restart the app after five minutes so the old session is released.
- 03Increase the number of connections if you watch on several TVs at once.
