Your STB is blocked
The portal has blocked the box – usually an expired account or an unregistered MAC.
What it means
The box is told it is not approved by the portal.
What to do
- 01Check that the subscription is active.
- 02Check that the MAC is registered and entered correctly.
- 03Reboot the box.
- 04Contact the chat with the MAC address.
