Wrong username or password
Same as Invalid credentials: one wrong character, or an account that has expired.
What it means
The server does not recognise the username and password combination.
What to do
- 01Copy the details straight from the email instead of typing them.
- 02Check that you have not mixed up two accounts.
- 03Renew the account if it has passed its end date.
