- Apple TV cannot sideload apps – pick a player available in the App Store.

Common errors
Network error
The device cannot reach the internet the way the app needs. Start with DNS.
Playback error
The picture will not start. Try another channel first – that tells us if it is the channel or everything.
No EPG
The guide is empty. Add the EPG link and force an update – it is only fetched once a day.
