Network error
The device cannot reach the internet the way the app needs. Start with DNS.
What it means
A general network error between the device and the server.
What to do
- 01Set DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1.
- 02Restart the router and device.
- 03Turn off any VPN.
- 04Try your phone's hotspot.
