This is what we need from you
Send the box's MAC address and we register it against the portal.
MAC + Portal
The box MAC address is registered with the provider and the box is pointed at a portal address. Used by MAG and similar boxes.
- 01Find the MAC address in the box system menu or on the label underneath.
- 02Give the MAC address to support so it can be registered.
- 03Enter the portal address under Settings → Servers → Portals.
- 04Reboot the box so the portal loads.
Portal / middleware
The box loads its whole interface from a server (Stalker or Ministra). You rarely change anything yourself – the portal address controls it.
- 01Check that the box has internet before touching the portal setting.
- 02Enter the portal address exactly, including the trailing slash.
- 03Save and reboot the box.
- 04If it says "Loading portal" for more than a minute: check DNS and that the MAC is registered.
Common errors
Your STB is blocked
The portal has blocked the box – usually an expired account or an unregistered MAC.
Page Loading Error
The box cannot reach the portal. Check the network, DNS and portal address.
Authorization failed
The portal did not approve the box. Check the MAC and the subscription.
MAC not registered
The box's MAC address is not registered against the portal. Send it to support.
Portal not found
The portal address is wrong or missing in the box.
