MYTVOnline 3
The player on the Z10 and Z11. Stable, with multiview and recording. It does not upgrade to MYTVOnline 4.
Send nothing – enter the Xtream details under Playlists.
MYTVOnline 2
The older player on Formuler boxes from before the Z10. It works, but lacks much of the newer EPG support.
Ask support for the portal address or M3U link if you are unsure.
Good to know
- The Z10 series does not upgrade to MYTVOnline 4 – that is limited to the Z12 series.
- Use the Xtream login so the EPG arrives automatically.

Common errors
No EPG
The guide is empty. Add the EPG link and force an update – it is only fetched once a day.
Buffering
The picture keeps reloading. A cable instead of Wi-Fi solves most cases.
Invalid credentials
The details are not reaching the server. Nine times out of ten it is one wrong character or an expired account.
Black screen
Sound but no picture, or just black: nearly always the decoder or an HDR setting.
